Basic overhaul ¥15,000 Cleaning, seals and o-rings replaced, oil changed, honing.
Basic overhaul + damping force changes ¥20,000 Cleaning, seals and o-rings replaced, oil changed, honing + piston valve, shim, needle, jet.
TYpe ST, EX, EX-G basic overhaul ¥25,000 Cleaning, seals and o-rings replaced, oil changed, honing.
TYpe ST, EX, EX-G basic overhaul + damping force changes ¥30,000 Cleaning, seals and o-rings replaced, oil changed, honing + piston valve, shim, needle, jet..
Upside down case overhaul ¥6,300~♦ Cleaning, bush, seals and o-rings replaced, grease changed.
Short stroke modifications　
up to 30mm ¥1,300♦ Added parts to suit.
above 30mm ¥9,800♦ Additional machining required.
Bottom pillow ball modifications (Standard Type) large bush ¥15,000♦ Damper bottom bracket assembly replaced.
small bush ¥11,500♦ Damper bottom bracket assembly replaced.

♦Addition in the overhaul charge. In some case modifications are not possible.

-If we judge the modification requirements to be dangerous we will be unable to proceed.
-We require the customer to remove and keep the spring and the upper mount before sending the damper for overhauling.
-Give as much information as possible when sending the damper for overhaul, for a quick response.
-Extra parts may be required, when overhauling the damper.
